Kathryn quietens the doubt, I give you a simple way to show up that fits your actual life, and then we make something, there and then, together. I run GiniB Digital, a marketing consultancy in Tunbridge Wells. I work with solo founders, small businesses and growing SMEs, anyone who knows their marketing could be doing more, but isn’t sure what to do next.
Big-brand FMCG, healthcare, award-winning agencies, CIM Postgraduate trained. I’ve worked on launches with proper budgets and launches built on a prayer and a Google Doc. The tricky bit was always the same: most marketing advice is written for people who already know what they’re doing. Almost none of it is written for the rest of us, just trying to make good decisions without wasting time or money.

Do I need to know which service is right for me before getting in touch?
Not at all, that’s what the discovery call is for. Most people come in knowing they want to grow, but not sure which lever to pull first. We’ll figure that out together, and I’ll always tell you if something isn’t right for where you are.
Can a marketing consultant work with businesses of any size?
Absolutely! The Marketing Mix Lab is built for solo founders and micro businesses finding their feet. Website builds and ads management work across the scale, from a one-person service business to an established SME with a proper budget. The discovery call is free and there’s no pressure either way.
Why isn't my marketing working?
This is the bit nobody tells you. Most marketing “not working” comes down to one of three things: the wrong audience, the wrong message, or the wrong channel and usually in that order. Before we talk tactics, we talk strategy. That’s what makes the difference.
Do I need to be based in Tunbridge Wells to work with you?
Not at all. I’m based in Tunbridge Wells and love working with local businesses across Kent, but most of what I do works just as well remotely. but most of what I do works just as well remotely. Discovery calls, strategy sessions and ads management all happen online, so I work with businesses UK-wide.
How long does it take to see results from marketing?
Honestly? It depends what you’re doing. Paid ads can show results within days if the campaign is set up properly. Organic marketing, content, SEO, social, it all takes longer, usually three to six months before it builds real momentum. The important thing is knowing which approach fits your timeline and budget, and not spending money on tactics that won’t pay off in your timeframe. That’s exactly what we talk through on the discovery call.
